EACH TIME CAR IS STOPPED:

• average mpg since last time car was stopped
• congratulatory message, if high mileage:
  • "Fantastic" (> 50mpg?)
  • "Excellent" (>40mpg?)
  • "Eco mileage" (>30mpg?)

CENTER CONSOLE BUTTONS:

• "ECO" - lower HVAC settings; less aggressive accelerator response
• "EV" - keep car constantly in battery-only mode (until battery is down to ~20% charge)
